LeBron James has a new title to add to his cachet: Employee of the Year.
Nike recently named LeBron its Employee of the Year after the Miami Heat superstar was awarded this year’s MVP award, his third thus far. To celebrate the occasion, the company developed a unique colorway of the LeBron 9 aptly titled “MVP”. Featuring a Miami Heat-inspired colorway made up of red, white, black and yellow, the sneakers feature a gradient effect on the midfoot, a speckle pattern on the midsole, MVP markings on the heel tag, and MVP-inspired trophies on the insoles indicating the year’s LeBron took home the NBA’s Most Valuable Player award.
